Individual Therapy

Therapy sessions are available via telehealth or in person in Bellevue.

I work in a variety of modalities that can be combined and adapted for each person’s needs. I incorporate primarily Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Mindfulness and Compassion-Focused Therapy.

Rates:

15 minute phone consultation: Free

55 minute initial intake session: Pay-what-you-can sliding scale fees range up to $225

55 minute therapy session: Pay-what-you-can sliding scale fees range up to $160

I am an in-network provider with Curative Health Care and can bill out-of-network for all other insurance carriers. If you have no out-of-network coverage, or if the percentage covered by your insurance plan is so low as to make the expense prohibitive, feel free to reach out to me to discuss fee options.

Couples Counseling

Couples sessions are available via telehealth or in person in Bellevue.

I primarily work with couples using an attachment-based Emotionally Focused Therapy approach.

Rates:

15 minute phone consultation: Free

55 minute initial intake session: Pay-what-you-can sliding scale fees range up to $250

55 minute couples counseling session: Pay-what-you-can sliding scale fees range up to $185
